Returns

The return is expected upon notification, no later than 14 days from receipt of the package.

You can request a return online and completely independently:

1 - Click on the chat icon at the bottom left
2 - Click "Make a return"
3 - You will be assisted with the return procedure

The items must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with the internal and external labels still attached, without repairs and with the relevant payment receipt). The purchase document is required for orders placed with a gift receipt, so that the refund is not processed using the same payment method as the purchase.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send the items to the following address: Via Barisano da Trani 7 00153 Roma presso Ghimel Srl and insert a sheet of paper with the following information inside the package: name, surname, order number, reason for the return and IBAN if cash on delivery was chosen as the payment method at the time of purchase.

Returns at customer's expense.

For foreign returns, the cost of return customs is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

Whitemood reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit provided, in the event that the items are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or do not meet the conditions for return. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods or until proof of return has been provided.

The exchange is expected upon prior notification, no later than 14 days after receiving the package.

From the moment we receive the return (at the customer's expense) if he is interested in the exchange, shipping will be free.
The change can be made only once.

If, in rare circumstances, you have received a defective or faulty item, please contact our Customer Service.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used when the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 15 days, depending on the bank and payment method used.

If you paid with a gift card or voucher (virtual or physical), the refund will be credited to the same card/voucher. At the time of the refund, if you no longer have the card with which you paid, please contact our Customer Service. For more information, see the " Gift Card " section.
